We currently provide shipping services within the contiguous United States only.
At this time, we are unable to deliver orders to the following locations:

If an order is placed using an unsupported shipping address, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Order Processing
After your payment has been successfully authorized and verified, orders are typically prepared and processed within 1–3 business days.
Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
During peak shopping seasons, promotional events, or periods of unusually high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders submitted before 4:00 PM PDT on business days are generally processed on the same day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM PDT, on weekends, or during public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Please note that processing time and shipping transit time are separate stages of fulfillment.

To provide faster delivery throughout the United States, orders are fulfilled through our logistics network and dispatched from our U.S. warehouse whenever inventory is available.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or appears to be lost during transit, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in reaching an appropriate resolution whenever possible.
Please retain any damaged packaging and product photos, as these may be required during the carrier's investigation process.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.
If a package is shown as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first check with household members, neighbors, building management, or the shipping carrier before contacting us for further assistance.
